The Department of Constitutional Law at KHAS has two main objectives: Firstly, to help students succeed in their professional lives by providing them with constitutional law knowledge. Secondly, to raise awareness about the current constitutional problems by analyzing them considering the theoretical constitutional law knowledge. Accordingly, on the one hand, the syllabus includes academic information, and on the other hand, it embraces recent debates on constitutional law. As a living phenomenon, we believe that the law may be able to continue living as long as it solves current legal problems.
