Due to its common practice, Commercial Law is one of the fields which gives the highest ability to perform knowledge learned, perhaps the most important in this sense. Therefore, it is aimed to prepare our students well equipped and in the best way possible for life after faculty.
From the third year, many compulsory and elective courses are conducted by Commercial Law Department. In addition to mandatory courses like Commercial Enterprise Law and Law of Negotiable Instruments, Companies Law, Maritime Law, Insurance Law, Intellectual and Industrial Property Law, there are elective courses such as Competition Law, Information Technology Law, and Capital Markets Law. Our department also conducts a Business Law course at the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences.
