Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law

As the Criminal and Criminal Procedure Law Department of Kadir Has University Faculty of Law, our goal is to provide students with theoretical information on criminal and criminal procedure law and guide them through the effective methods to use this information in practice. Different state practices adapt to the ever-changing social and economic environment and search for new criminal policies. Furthermore, the criminal procedure has evolved into a more human-centered approach, honoring human rights as a concept overseeing the international practice. Consequently, it is our utmost purpose in our department’s courses to let our students acknowledge different perspectives and adopt an open-minded approach in applying their theoretical knowledge to their future legal occupations.
