Administrative Law

Administrative law consists of rules and principles regarding the state and public power’s structure and functions. Our main aim is to introduce administrative law institutions in the light of their relation to the rule of law and human rights. The main subject of our studies is within the mentioned concepts, the structure of Turkish public authorities, the legal framework of public services and police forces, and the legal control of the administration.
