‘Guidance on Legal Regulations for New Foundations’ from Başak Baysal, the Vice Dean at KHAS Faculty of Law

Including Prof. Dr. Başak Baysal, the Vice Dean at KHAS Faculty of Law, as one of the authors, prepared as part of the Project for Monitoring and Developing the Suitable Environment for Civic Society which is a significant project by TUSEV (Third Sector Foundation of Turkey) and also financed by the European Union, Guidance on Legal Regulations for New Foundations was published. The editor of the publication written out by Prof. Dr. Başak Baysal and attorney Sadife Karataş Kural is Tevfik Başak Ersen.

TUSEV is an important foundation, established for the purpose of legal, financial and functional infrastructure of the third sector by 23 non-governmental organizations including the leading foundations and societies in Turkey in 1993. Today, TUSEV has more than 100 trustees, including the Kadir Has Foundation.
